"Uploads usually come out looking good"
Most of the time my photos stay nice and sharp when I post them, and videos upload faster than I expected. Every now and then, stories look a little more compressed or darker than they did on my phone, which is kind of annoying, if that makes sense. But overall, it’s still totally fine for sharing everyday stuff.

"Good app, but could be smoother"
Instagram is fine for me most of the time, and I still use it a lot. But it’s hard to describe exactly, some days it just feels a little clunky. Stories or reels can take a while to load, and it sometimes freezes when I’m switching accounts or trying to upload something. It’s not awful, but it doesn’t always feel super stable either. I just wish it ran a bit smoother.

"Got Back In Same Day"
I changed phones and ended up locked out, which was stressful at first. I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer, but once I figured out the recovery steps, they did work and I got back into my account the same day. It wasn’t perfect, but it was way easier than I thought it would be, so I’m still giving it 5 stars.

"Great for finding random gems"
I mostly use Instagram when I’m trying to search around and discover pages I didn’t even know existed. Like, how else would I find new food spots, travel ideas, or cute little shops near me?? The tabs and hashtags make it easy to go down a rabbit hole. Sometimes the results are kind of random, sure, but most of the time I end up finding something useful or fun. It’s simple, easy to use, and keeps me coming back.

"My appeal just sat there"
I thought the appeal process would be straightforward, maybe even quick, but nope. My appeal was ignored for days, and I kept checking back like, okay, maybe someone will respond soon? It was kind of frustrating, though I guess the site itself is fine overall. Still, waiting that long with no update made the whole thing feel really disappointing.

"Pretty useful for my small page"
I mostly use Instagram.com for my small page, and the insights are kinda useful. I can quickly see which posts are getting reach, saves, and profile visits without having to dig around too much. The analytics helped me realize my reels do better at night, so I started posting later. It’s nothing fancy, just clear enough to be helpful. The site can load kinda slow sometimes, but overall it works well for me. 5 stars

I don’t really get it?? Some of my posts get views and interaction, and then others just completely flop for no obvious reason. Stories seem to work fine, but regular posts feel way harder to get noticed lately.

I use Stories pretty much every day, and I usually think of them as simple and easy to use. I tend to forget about the annoying parts until they happen again, like when a story freezes or uploads kind of blurry. It’s not a huge deal, just one of those little things that gets frustrating in the moment...

"Boosted post actually got results"
I tried promoting a post for my small shop and, it worked better than I expected. I started getting real messages the same day, and the setup was simple to figure out. My only gripe is that I wish there was a little more guidance on what kind of post or audience would perform best, because I was mostly guessing at first. Still, the budget was easy to keep track of, and it ended up bringing in a few actual sales, so overall I’d say it was worth it

I post photos and little art things on Instagram. It feels like I still have control. Reporting copied posts is easy enough. Not perfect, but it works. The copyright info is clear if you actually read it. I’m okay sharing my work there

"Pretty accessible overall, with room to improve"
I’ve had a good experience using instagram with my screen reader. Adding and checking captions on videos is usually simple, and I really appreciate the text size options and dark mode because they make a big difference for me. To be fair, it’s not perfect 100% of the time, and there are moments where things could work more smoothly, but overall it’s been easy to use and reliable.

I use Instagram messages every day and I don’t really get the complaints. My messages send fast, and I almost never miss notifications. Maybe it depends on the phone or settings, but for me it’s been reliable and I haven’t had any major issues...

I’ve actually had a good experience with Instagram notifications. When someone likes my post, leaves a comment, or sends me a DM, it usually pops up right away without much delay. I like that I don’t have to keep opening the app every few minutes just to see if I missed something. It makes it a lot easier to stay caught up without feeling glued to Instagram all day

"Still on Instagram every day"
I’ve had a few random fake accounts message me with sketchy scam links, which is annoying honestly... but reporting and blocking them is easy. Most of them got taken down quick too. It’s definitely not perfect, but I still use Instagram every day to keep up with friends and share photos. Just wish there was less of that junk going around.

"Controls Could Be Easier to Find"
The controls are there, but they’re kind of annoying to track down. I imagine other customers would feel the same way, especially if they just want to jump in and use it without digging around.

I mostly use instagram on my laptop, and the login has been really solid for me. It remembers my device most of the time, and when I do have to sign in again, the code shows up fast — well, pretty much right away. I haven’t had any random lockouts or password problems, which is nice. It’s simple and does what it’s supposed to do, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"A Tiny Privacy Lifesaver"
I expected the data settings to be some confusing maze, but they were actually easy to deal with. When the tracking stuff starts feeling a little too Big Brother for my taste, I can just switch it off without a whole dramatic battle. Small thing, but weirdly reassuring...

"Security is good, but it takes some effort"
I’ve had my Instagram account for years, and the security features do make me feel better. The login alerts, 2-step verification, and recovery checks are straightforward, so I never felt totally lost using them.
That said, it can feel like a bit of a chore having to set everything up and keep checking warnings or codes. I did get a weird login alert once and was able to change my password quickly, so I’m glad it’s there. The app isn’t perfect, but security-wise I feel safe using it.
